What is MadeWithMess?

MadeWithMess is a gifting platform that helps you create personalized gift hampers for special occasions. You can customize your hamper by choosing products, sizes, and themes — or select from our ready-to-order curated hampers.

What makes MadeWithMess different from other gifting websites?

We focus on thoughtful personalization. Instead of offering one-size-fits-all gift boxes, we give you the flexibility to build a hamper that reflects the person and occasion you’re gifting for — with care, warmth, and intention.

Custom Hampers

Can I customize every hamper?

Yes. Our Create Your Hamper feature allows you to choose an occasion, select a hamper size, and add products based on your preference. You’re free to customize as much or as little as you like.

Do I need to choose an occasion to create a hamper?

Choosing an occasion helps us suggest relevant products, but it’s optional. You can still browse and select products freely.

Is there a limit to how many products I can add to a hamper?

Each hamper size has a defined capacity. If you exceed that limit, you’ll be guided to either upgrade your hamper size or adjust your selection.

Ready-to-Order Hampers

What are ready-to-order hampers?

Ready-to-order hampers are thoughtfully curated gift boxes with fixed contents. They’re perfect if you want something special without customizing each item.

Can I customize ready-to-order hampers?

No. Ready-to-order hampers come as-is. If you’re looking for customization, we recommend using the Create Your Hamper option.

Ordering & Checkout

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes. You’ll need to log in using your email or phone number via OTP before adding items to your cart. This helps us manage your order and keep you updated.

Can I order multiple hampers in one checkout?

No. Currently, You can only add 1 type of customization while submitting an order. However, you can submit multiple orders and we'll reach out for confirmation.

Can I combine individual products and hampers in one order?

Yes. Your cart can include individual products, custom hampers, and ready-to-order hampers together.

Pricing & Discounts

Are discounts applied automatically?

Yes. Any applicable discounts are applied automatically based on the products you select and whether they’re part of a hamper. You’ll always see the final price before checkout.

Why does a product cost less when added to a hamper?

Some products have special pricing when included in a Medium or larger hamper. This is applied automatically and reflected in your total before checkout.

Hamper Preview

What does the hamper preview show?

The hamper preview gives you a visual idea of how your selected products may come together in a hamper.

Are all previews real images?

Some previews are AI-generated and will always be clearly labelled. These are meant to help you visualise the hamper. Real product images are used wherever available.

Delivery & Support

How long does it take to deliver an order?
